Several items were noted that needed attention such as sediment leaving the site in one location and seeding and mulching need in a couple of other areas. Mr. Jody Lawrence was advised of these areas of concern. 3.All sediment and erosion control basins should be inspected and cleaned out if needed. All silt fences should inspected and checked for proper operation. All high visibility fencing should be checked for proper installation. 4.All bare soil areas (both sides) where construction has not occurred for more than 15 days, should be temporary seeded or mulched. 5.Please continue to ensure that all sediment and erosion control devices are maintained and working properly. 6.As a reminder the streams on the Madison County construction area are classified as High Quality -Waters and all measures necessary to protect State surface waters should be employed. 7.
