Also — and this is important — you must submit a Notice of Termination for NCC190617. The permit does not just go
away because someone else obtained another COC for it. The original COC must be closed out or payments are still
due.

If the project was sold before construction concluded, a deed transferring the title is sufficient close out
documentation. If construction was finished prior to sale, you must also include close-out inspection documentation
