I did a permit closeout review for W-5313 in Rowan County. Back in May, the same site need to be armored on the right
bank. Please note that I told you it was permit site 2 at the time. It was not. It was site 6. That was a mistake on my
part. I am contacting you now because the opposite bank has failed and needs to be armored matching the right
bank. Photos are included along with the correct plan sheet. Its my understanding that this stabilization can continue
under a non-reporting NW13. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have any objections.
