This report is intended to inform you of the project's compliance with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973 and the NPDES Stormwater Discharge Permit. Note that effective August 1, 2013 the NPDES and State Stormwater programs were transferred to our Division. Please note that the attached inspection report has been expanded to include the NPDES compliance items including reporting and rain gauge requirements. Please review this report carefully as it may contain corrective actions needed or comments, which will assist you in meeting the required performance standards of the Act and the NPDES Stormwater permit conditions. Comments: Site is stable and therefore, the permit is ready for closure under the SPCA.
