This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing 2 pipes in a jurisdictional areas in Gates County
under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on 2 separate UT to Raynor Swamp, Stream Index 25-17-2
C;NSW in the Chowan River Basin.
Pipe 1 and 2 exist as 36"x 50'CMP and will be replaced with a proposed 42"x 50'CAP, Pipe 1 N 36.42810°,
W-76.61224 and Pipe 2 N 36.428697°,W-76.615585°
