This includes 366 single family residential homes with a permitted flow of 161,760 GPD. The gravity system permitted will include 18,999 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer, 1,047 linear feet of 12" sanitary sewer, and 116 manholes. The project will have a sanitary sewer lift station to serve the project. The station will require 2,254 linear feet of 8" force main. The station will have an auto -transfer generator as a backup power source and SCADA monitoring. The gravity sewer, lift station, and forcemain will be owned and operated by the Town of Troutman.
