Static Line Brewery Storm Water Narrative
The site is currently undeveloped. The site is being developed as a single commercial
building with its parking lot and graveled overflow parking. The existing site drains to
generally to the west and ultimately into a wetland west of the site.
Storm water will sheet drain across to the southern side of the development where it is
picked up in a Swale. The storm water will then be conveyed through an underground
drainage system into an on -site wet pond in the western portion of the property. The
pond will discharge onto the hill below the pond and ultimately to Mire Branch. This wet
pond has been designed in accordance with the latest NCDEQ MDC Stormwater Design
Manual.
