I am in receipt of the notice of violation (NOV) dated November 18, 2020 regarding the September
2020 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR). The NOV states that the county failed to monitor three
times a week which resulted in a frequency violation. The plant staff did monitor the required
three times per week, but made an error with the dates on the DMR. The plant staff has made
the corrections to the September 2020 DMR and re -submitted- Therefore, Franklin County is
asking the division to rescind NOV-2020-MV-0155 as the "clerical" error was corrected and in fact,
Franklin County did monitor the required three times per week_
