Submit an approvable sedimentation and erosion control plan, including appropriate review fee, covering all areas disturbed or to be disturbed. ❑ b. Install all sedimentation and erosion control measures as shown on the approved plan. ❑ c. Submit a revised sedimentation and erosion control plan. ❑ d. Provide adequate permanent ground cover on all areas where development has been completed according to the time limits in the approved plan. ❑ e.
