Good morning. I spoke with Sam Starnes, Engineer / Inspector for City of Monroe, yesterday and they do not issue final
inspection reports and issue the attached letter relinquishing bond in lieu of final report once the property has been
deemed completed due to their standards. Unfortunately there is not any additional documentation to provide. I am
happy to provide Sam's contact information should you need any additional information. Have a nice day.

return our EC bond for this work a few months back.
Matt - Please check our files (and with Sam at Monroe if needed) to confirm if we have a final inspection form for Lots 1-
5 that we can share with Bethany.
