It has been awhile since I have had the pleasure of working with you. I have a project in Robeson County that we would like to apply for express review. The site is the Mountaire Chicken plant on Highway 71 south east of Lumber Bridge. The proposed impacts total 0.40acre of wetlands impacts to accommodate for the realignment of rail line that services the existing chicken plant to complete a plant expansion.
