Mr. Paal indicated that the house is not under construction yet and that the lot (PIN: 2838365855000) is actually two lots combined (Lot 22 & 23). Mr. Paal said that the on-site wastewater treatment system permit expired sometime around 2009. He indicated that his plan is to have this permit re-issued and keep things as they were in the original permit (house, septic, etc.). He has not applied for this permit to be re-issued to date. He said the house will be located on old lot 22 and a detached garage (size: 28'x28') is proposed for being located on old lot 23. Mr. Paal indicated that the detached garage is proposed to be constructed on the same side of the house as the wastewater treatment system.
