Dear Mayor Martin:
The Permits and Engineering Unit has completed a preliminary engineering review of the subject
application. The following items must be addressed before we can complete our review:
1) In accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .0200, please revise the estimated flow by using 240 GPD
per dwelling unit with 2 bedrooms or less. For those units with more than 2 bedrooms, use
240 GPD and add 120 GPD per bedroom in excess of 2. Please forward 3 sealed and signed
copies of the revised page to my attention.
2) Please provide the permit number for the downstream sewers as requested on page 2 of the
application.
3) Please provide a section in the specifications regarding the Division required clearances
between water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer. Please forward 3 copies of the revised page
to my attention.
Refer to the subject permit application number when providing the requested information. Please
submit three (3) copies of all information to my attention at the address below. Also,
please note that failure to provide this additional information on or before September 15, 1994 will subject
your application to being returned as incomplete, in accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .0208.
