Marc Seelinger is currently working on a new proposed mitigation bank in Guilford County. I
suggested to Mark that, prior to submitting a Draft Prospectus, a site visit would be
beneficial. As such, I would like to visit the site on 22 April 2010. I have attached the
maps that Mark has forwarded to me. Please let me know if you plan to attend the Pre-
prospectus site meeting. I have not yet scheduled a time, but would like to start around
9:30am, if that is possible.
Marc, please prepare a map for the meeting that indicates the locations and types of
restoration, enhancement, preservation, etc. that you propose, and forward them to all
