I need to submit a Notice of Termination for E&SC Permit number 6013-06 (Magnolia Creek Lots 62-67 and Lots 126-127). We stabilized and closed these lots
late last year/early this year. I am not familiar with Durham's NOT process but I need you written approval to file the NOT with DEQ. If there is a form I need
to use for Durham please forward it at your earliest convenience and I will have it submitted.
