I am Lacy Harris, EHS Coordinator for GKN-Roxboro. I need to ask for your assistance, if you don't mind. I need to change
the "permit contact person's" name on the NC Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources NPDES Stormwater
Permit Summary. It currently has my predecessor's information Jim Wolak. I need to get it changed to mine. I was able
to bring up the permit owner affiliation designation form. But I am not sure if I would be the "legally responsible
individual" or would that be our Site Director? Can you show me how to change the permit contact person on this form,
your help would be greatly appreciated.
