IN THE GENERAL COURT OF JUSTICE SUPERIOR COURT DIVISION I CVS 15270 ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE coming before the undersigned Superior Court Judge in Wake County upon Motion of Plaintiff for Summary Judgment and hearing scheduled the week of July 30, 2012. It appears to the Court that Defendant was given proper notice of the hearing pursuant to the Notice of Hearing served June 18, 2012. It also appears to the Court that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that Plaintiff is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
