ORDER GRANTING MOTION
FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming before the undersigned Superior Court Judge in Wake County upon
Motion of Plaintiff for Summary Judgment and hearing scheduled the week of July 30, 2012. It
appears to the Court that Defendant was given proper notice of the hearing pursuant to the Notice
of Hearing served June 18, 2012. It also appears to the Court that there is no genuine issue as to any
material fact and that Plaintiff is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Summary Judgment
be granted in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant and that Defendant is indebted to Plaintiff in
the sum of one thousand six hundred ten dollars and twenty-seven cents ($1,610.27), plus interest
at the legal rate from October 3, 2011, without setoff or counterclaim, and court costs in the amount
of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
