I have received a copy of the IP application for this project. I do not support issuing a conditional IP (with stormwater
condition) for this project based on the size of the impacts and the project history.
The stormwater review will be handled by Holly Springs, a certified community. However, I will be checking the
approved SW plan for compliance with state regulations and design standards.
