This.information ;<:.: , included proof of the City of Raleigh's approval for the stormwater management plan for this:proj eet:: However, thin information did not include a copy of the approved stormwater management plan nor did: it include an appropriate response to Item 2 of the letter that DWQ sent you on June 3, 2010. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and streams on. the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive three copies of additional information: that completely addresses the items requested below, your project will be formally returned as incomplete. All information must be submitted to this Office in hard copy; no additional emailed information will be accepted. Please provide the following information in hard copy to this Office so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. For lots 9 and 15, please provide full-sized site plans with supporting calculations of the final Stormwater Management Plan that was approved by the City of Raleigh. 2. Per the requirements of the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rule, all stormwater drainage from lot 9 must be discharged through a correctly designed level spreader. Level spreader design requirements are set forth in Chapter 8 of the North Carolina Stormwater BMP Manual. Please be advised that after the 401 Certification for this project is issued, you will be required to submit a copy of the final approved Stormwater Management Plan with proof of approval prior to future land disturbance on the lots. If new development on lots 1, 2, 12, 13 and/or 17 affects the flow rate resulting from the 1 inch/hour storm, then the level spreader on the east side of the lot will be required to be updated accordingly. Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If we do not receive this requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, then your project will be withdrawn and you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ.
