I am attaching the following relevant documents to to support this conclusion and document the City's action: 1. COR Response 2-18-10.pdf: Comment/response letter from owner's engineer to City of Raleigh regarding how to meet Neuse Riparian Rules (comment/response 16). 2. h+e existing conveyance.pdf: County topographic illustration of existing topo. 3. COR comments Trans 266448 - Approved 3-1-10.pdf: Documentation of City of Raleigh approval. 4. Permit Set (without details) 6-11-10.pdf: Copies of plans approved by City (with city approval stamp on cover). 5. H+E Site - Rip Rap Calcs.pdf: Energy dissipater calculations for site discharges. 6. H+E Site - Q10 Runoff Calcs.pdf: H+E site discharge quantity calculations. 7. H+E Site - Restored Conveyance Calcs.pdf: Velocity calculations for restored conveyance. My client remains committed to installing a level spreader (as depicted in previous submittals) to deal with the concentrated flow being directed to Lot 9 from other parts of the development, but it is our position that a separate level spreader is not required (either legally or practically) for the stormwater flow originating on Lot 9. If you agree with this conclusion based on the attached information, we will formally submit this material as part of our response to the pending request for additional information. Thanks for your help. I look forward to hearing from you. Steve Steven J.
