One underground fiber line will cross the Dismal Swamp canal at a depth of
15' belowthe bottom of the canal. See attached Plan/Profile project
proposal and vicinity map of the area. Horizontal Directional Drilling will
cause very little disturbance to the agricultural ground adjacent to the
canal. There is an existing underground distribution line directly adjacent to
this proposed project location.
I previously filled out a PCN, but it was denied today due to not filling out
this form first and waiting 30 days. I have attached the PCN also for
reference.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
