self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is released if approved before April
1, 2019. If the plan was approved after April 1, 2019., termination of coverage under the
NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities should be requested by the
permittee via Notice of Termination at https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Fonns/NCGOI-NOI. If you
