From a stream perspective my only comment is a 1.9 sinuosity for the "restored" (more like created) stream. They are
not looking for mitigation credit, so the sinuosity is not credit chasing.
However, they are converting it from a maintained ditch, and the purpose is to hydrate the Ward Field soils, so.... it will
probably work. I kind of have never looked at a restoration with the purposes that this one has. They are not looking

Tammy, any comments on the WL parts?
