Tyler,
In the mod request for Fayetteville Outer Loop, it appears DOT is suggesting to use Privateer Farms mitigation for these
additional impacts at 1.5:1 ratio.
However in the original 401, we used a 2.5:1 ratio. 2:1 is standard for off-site, and it was bumped up to 2.5:1 (as I recall)
due to being out of HUC.
Since the mitigation site is certainly more mature now than it was in 2008, 1 might can adjust this down some, but due,to ••
being off-site, I feel I will need to,require,at least 2:1, as typical of DWQ mitigation.
According to the ledger, it appears DOT will have enough in bank to cover it.
Let me know if you have any major issues with that.
