HomeMy WebLinkAbout290017_Response to Notice_201910131 0' To Whom it concerns regarding Notice of continued Violation by FaisherWard Dairy: We are continuing to work on getting the liquid level down in the waste storage pond as time allows (with cutting silage and other regular fall activities .We have gotten it down quite a few inches using the former septic tank truck that was cleaned out and converted to a honey truck. We plan to be able to concentrate more time to getting the level down in Nov. after we finish up with cutting silage. This will give us both more time to commit to spreading as well as more acres to spread on. I (Jonathan Ward) did take the waste operators exam on Sept. 12t". I received notice that I passed in the mail along with my new renewal card about 2 weeks ago., As for the other concerns regarding the uncovered solids stockpile they have been removed and spread by my uncle with his manure spreader.
