We will take care of this on Monday. We will coordinate the new application review (which I see came in on Friday) so the payment inadvertently made for this invoice by Mr. Lawing can be used toward the initial COC fee. Before we can terminate coverage, there is an unresolved issue. There appears to have been a misunderstanding with Mr. Lawing about this permit. He paid the invoice for the annual fee even after we advised that the permit COC cannot be transferred (please see the attached email correspondence). We can apply this payment to renew the permit, but it will remain in the current name, CDM Smith Inc. The new responsible party still has to apply for a new permit with an eNOI application and provide an E&SC approval document. If CDM Smith Inc. does not wish to continue responsibility, we will process the NOT and the COC will be terminated. But there will be no new COC for Lowing and Son if they do not apply for another permit. Can you all please advise us how to proceed with the NOT request, given the invoice payment?
