Full -delivery stream and wetland mitigation site for the NC Division of
Mitigation Services. The project includes priority 1 stream restoration of
3392 I. ft., stream enhancement level 1 of 1584 I. ft., stream enhancement
level 2 of 2261 I. ft. and preservation of 2726 I. ft, generating 5625 stream
mitigation units. Further, the site includes wetland mitigation to 3.4 acres in
a combination of re-establishment, rehabilitation, and enhancement, for
2.68 wetland mitigation units.
