My apologies for not getting to meet you in person yesterday. I am glad we were able to accommodate your inspection
by phone conversation and Mike Knudson was able to find most of what you needed in the chaos of my office. Attached
you will find an electronic copy of the most recent Stormwater Monitoring Event that occurred on July 23, 2020.
Mike also mentioned he was unable to find records of monthly inspections. We recently have purchased and are
converting to an electronic handheld device for maintenance to enter inspection rounds into. We are including
containment inspections into those records, however I am unable to access that information at this time. As a result of
your visit, I am requesting access to that data in the event we need to present it in the future. I have included a copy of
the spreadsheet we used to use prior to the new technology.
