Meadow Road, Eden MC 27288. This property was previously the MillerCoors Eden Brewery site and was purchased by 770 Ventures LLC on January 1st, 2019. Due to the recent sale of this property on October 1, 2020, and upon mutual agreement with the new ownership, Nestle Purina PetCare Company of St. Louis, MO, the existing land application permit will no longer be necessary in the future. As a result of the design of the new factory, there is no current need for land application of residuals, and it has been decided by the new ownership that all future wastewater will be discharged to the City of Eden POTW when the modified factory starts up in 2021. Although Nestle Purina PetCare Company has decided to keep the existing NPDES Wastewater Permit intact for potential, future use, there will not be a need for land application of biosolids from this site. The Change of Ownership forms for the NPDES Wastewater Permit are attached for your review but have been separately submitted to NCDEQ. Therefore, we request the biosolids land application permit be rescinded as of closure of the property sale on October 1, 2020. There have been no residuals applied by 770 Ventures LLC during our entire time of ownership. Please contact Drew Lucas at (336) 613-1665 or e-mail to dlucas@oneenv.com if there are any questions or comments regarding this submittal. Sincerely, 'k i7cow.
