10. Comments: Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional
self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance with the SPCA and
released.
A Certificate of Coverage was not obtained for this project. As of April 1, 2019, per the
General Permit NCG010000 for Construction Stormwater conditions, it is now required for a
Certificate of Coverage to be obtained, after the Letter of Approval is received for a project.
This should occur before the project commences and for all future projects. Please go to this
