The forthcoming PCN will include a request for Nationwide Permit 29
associated with the proposed Shannon Woods residential development in
neat 5776 Woebegone Trail, Maiden, Catawba County, NC. The site
consists of fifteen streams and thirteen wetlands. An approved jurisdictional
determination was submitted and field verified on . Proposed permanent
impacts include a total of -250 linear feet of stream and 0.035 acres of
wetland for road crossings.
