To whom it may concern,
On behalf of Mitchell Community College, we are providing herewith an as -built and a final certification for
the stormwater system to serve Mitchell Community College Health Sciences Building located in Iredell
County.
This final certification package is being submitted to certify the construction and completion of the Mitchell
Community College Health Sciences Building stormwater BMP system under the Permit No. SW3180305.
The project consists of a manifold around the new building which includes runoff from the roof and the drive
aisle and the collection of off -site runoff bypassing our stormwater BMP. The BMP treats the new on -site
BUA and was sized to include additional on -site runoff. Construction of this system was observed and built
within compliance of the permit.
