They may have done that and not provided it to you. Or, they never did it and need to complete that inspection

construction permit.

the construction been completed/project closed out for this property, or is it still on -going? The
original erosion and sedimentation plan was issued by the City of Archdale. However, no else has
applied for a new Certificate of Coverage for a construction project at this location.
If construction was completed, do you have the close-out erosion inspection information from
Archdale for this project? We just want to make sure termination records are complete.
