On June 2, 2010, 1 conducted a stormwater inspection for TIP Project No. R-4430, NCSR 1783 Upward Road
construction project in Henderson County. The rainfall data and erosion control records appear to be
maintained in good order. Please note that all stormwater devices are to be inspected after every 0.5 inch
rainfall event.
Continue to ensure that these records are maintained during the life of the project. Please refer to the attached
inspection report for additional comments and/or recommendations. '
