Dear Jeanette Powell:
The Town of Nashville respectfully requests an extension for the Stormwater
Management Plan submittal until March 31, 2019. The town has recently had
several positions change, including Town Manager, Finance Director, and
Planning Director. During this time of positional vacancies, the Town was
unable to meet specific deadlines for compliance with the Municipal Separate
Storm Sewer System (MS4) program.
It is the Town's understanding that a written stormwater management plan
must be developed by the end of this extension, and that the online Stormwater
Program Assessment (SWMPA) will be completed by October 31, 2018, serving
as the annual report.
