Dear Jeanette:

Please find attached the 2019-2020 MS4 Annual Stormwater Report for the City of High
Point. The original online report has been submitted through the BasinWide
Information Management System (BIMS).

Due to the overall impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our public outreach and
education programs, public invol vement activities and municipal training programs were
either canceled or put on hold until deemed safe to resume. As expected, the State-
wide restrictions put in place to limit the spread of the virus negatively impacted our
reporting numbers which are reflected in this year’s annual report.
