10. Comments: Overall the site has sufficient permanent ground cover to restrain erosion, however there are
some bare areas that need to be monitored for future issues. No additional self -monitoring or
self -inspections are required. Project is released. Termination of coverage under the
NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities should be requested by the
permittee via Notice of Termination unless project was approved prior to April 1 2019. Feel
