I have attached a copy of the draft permit for NCS000509 TriEst (formerly Hendrix & Dail) for your review. Please let me
know if you have any comments, questions, or suggestions — feel free to make comments directly on the Word
Document and track changes. I have also included a copy of the Staff Report that Lauren Garcia created for reference.
This site only needs your review, an inspection, and the facility's review of the draft permit before I can issue the
renewal. I understand everyone has a very high workload, so if you cannot accommodate an inspection of this site
within 30 days, please let me know and I should be able to conduct an inspection myself (as long as COVID conditions
permit). I used to work for WSRO for two years, so Annette said it would be alright if I acted as a backup inspector.

PS: As an update on NCS000570 Fuji Silysia, the draft permit is out for public notice, with a proposed effective date of
