I just wanted to reach out and express Arauco — Moncure's appreciation for setting up the discussion today and working
with the site on it's continual effort towards stormwater compliance. We value a strong working relationship with

regulatory agencies and their representatives and appreciate you providing us options for future collaboration on permit
conditions and site improvements.
To follow up, are there any other outstanding items you need from us to finalize the draft permit or any other actions
resulting from the call? We have made note of the need for 30 day notification of benchmark exceedances going
forward that you mentioned, but I wanted to verify there were no other past issues that were missed in the discussion
that the state would like us to pay special attention to.
