It is not clear that this inspection documentation is from the City of Charlotte and not a third party inspection. We do
not accept third party inspection documents for NOTs. The original E&SC Plan was approved by the City of Charlotte.
Typically permittees upload final Grading Permit Close-out letters from the City as evidence of project close-outs in
Charlotte; do you have that available?
