Below are a few key points regarding the information that is included in the package: 1. Section#8 in the application is addressed with Attachment#1 (Outfall Map). 2. Section#10 (description of the treatment system) is addressed with Attachment#2. 3. The table in Section #13 is based on data collected from 01/01/19—08/31/20. Plan to Discontinue Discharge In addition to the standard application materials, CLTWater wishes to inform the Division of Water Resources (DWR) of the intent to discontinue discharge from the Oxford Glen WWTP to Stevens Creek in August 2021. At this time, CLTWater plans to convert the Oxford Glen WWTP to a pump station to send flows to McAlpine Creek WWMF (NPDES Permit#NC000024970). Work on the new pump station began in February 2020 and is currently ahead of the scheduled August 2021 completion date. Although the influent lift station is below grade, the treatment processes are predominantly above ground.
