Dixie River Road is proposed to be reconfigured and realigned through the Berewick development to intersect
Steele Creek Road approximately 0.8 miles to the south of the current intersection, south of the 1-485 interchange.

Traveling South on Interstate 77 from Charlotte, take Interstate 485 West (Inner) and go approximately 4 miles.
Take the Steele Creek Road Exit (Exit 4). At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn Left onto Steele Creek Road (SR 160)
and go approximately 0.5 miles to the southern end of the project.
Alternatively, at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn Right onto Steele Creek Road (SR 160) and go approximately 0.3
miles. Turn Left onto Dixie River Road (SR 1155) and go approximately 0.8 miles to the northern end of the project.
Please attach a map of the site location using USGS 1:24,000 topographic map and a copy of the latest bound
and published County soil survey with the project/site boundaries delineated. A site plan should also be included
for all projects other than stream and wetland determinations.
