Ian -- Please see the email below. We had hoped to meet with Annette (and anyone else who would like to
participate) to review some conceptual designs for stormwater management before completing our add info

submittal. We think we have come up with a viable concept, but want would like the Division's input before
making the submittal. It sounds like it will be a couple of weeks before Annette will be available. Accordingly, I
am requesting an extension of 30 days to make the required submittal. Please let me know if that is acceptable to
DWQ. Thanks. Steve

Brenda -- As we discussed, we were just trying to have a quick follow up meeting with Annette to review a
conceptual design for stormwater management at this site before submitting our response to the pending
request for additional information, which is due at the end of this week. At this point the alternatives are:
(1) go ahead and make the submittal and hope that the approach is acceptable (we were trying to avoid a
waste of time and money in the event that it is not); (2) find time for a quick meeting in the next 24 hours;
or (3) receive an extension of time on the response, as you suggested, to allow time for a meeting in
advance of the submittal. Let me know what you and DWQ decide. Thanks. Steve
