Please review the attached self -audit and supporting documents. Supporting document 1. Is the agreement between the
town and Rowan County for sediment and erosion control. A physical copy of the 1970's agreement either does not exist
or is lost to history. We are working to develop an new agreement which will specify the portions of the NPDES permit
are covered by which group.
