I am reviewing another one from you for a different store (NCC190548), and it has the same deficiency (A certificate of occupancy is not adequate close-out documentation — must be final close-out inspection documentation from the E&SC approval authority). However, I also realized with this one that your organization is not the original permittee on either of these. The COC was issued to Circle K Stores, Inc., and that is the organization that must submit the rescission/NOT request. Not WIMCO Corp. I will have to reject this other one on those grounds, too.
