visit: Site meetings were conducted with the NC-DWO on November 12 2004 (DWO EXP# 04-1793
and February 14, 2005 (DWQ EXP# OS-0241 to verify stream origin points and subjectivity to the Neuse
Buffer Rules. On January 10 2007 apre-application meeting was conducted with the NC-DWO to review
the proposed impacts. It was agreed that due to topographic constraints and in order to provide stormwater
management for the site, (i.e. constructed wetlands impacts to Zone 2 of the Riparian Buffer could not be
avoided. Jan 10.2007.

regarding detailed procedures for full application (Note: Submittals of the review packages on Friday after 12:00 pm
will be stamped as received on the next business day).
