DR Horton purchased the remaining property in Fountain Park for development. What is the address on the NOI? Fountain Park is located on Pond Road. The engineers may have used the closest intersection since there were no addresses for the development at the time of application. But I can definitely check! The reason listed was sale of the property, and the documentation provided was the Deed attached (sale to DR Horton). The Deed references Lots in Fountain Park Subdivision. I searched in our repository and found the more recent COC issued to DR Horton for the same description, NCC203082; however, the address for that NOI is different than the 199 Pond Road address in Asheville. Is this actually the same property, or is this the wrong deed documentation for Pond Road Subdivision?
