A copy of this letter should be submitted to the mitigation bank your client chooses to utilize. The amount of nitrogen needed to be offset over 30 years is 520.17 pounds. Once the City of Greenville receives verification of payment to the mitigation bank the contractor may begin work on the project provided he/she has met all other regulatory requirements.
