Thanks for your question — it's a good one. After conferring with other Stormwater staff, we agree that because the last
sample in the three consecutive series was taken during the second semi-annual sampling period, it does satisfy the
sample needed in the second semi-annual period (July -Dec 2020), consistent with the frequency the facility has dropped
backinto.
Can you let me know what permit COC this is for, so I can save the correspondence for future reference? That way there
won't be any question about what we advised you.

Good Morning Bethany,
We had an outfall sample above benchmark for the same parameter 2X in a row, 2nd half of 2019 and 15Y half of 2020.
After this we began monthly sampling as required by the general permit. We have now had three consecutive
acceptable samples, with the last sample being taken in September, putting us back to semi-annual sampling. My
questions is, do we need another sample before year end or will our next sample be due in the first half of 2021?
