I saw the notes about the O&M submittal to Johnston County in August, after this inspection report. Will you please
contact Mr. Charles Pender Jr. of Johnston County for a copy of the final close-out inspection report or other
documentation that the E&SC Plan was in fact closed -out? This report shows the site was in compliance at the time, and
that the basin could be converted, but it does not confirm completion of activities or final close-out of the E&SC plan.
